ChildFund ganó el UEFA Foundation Call for Project con el proyecto Play to Prevent (Jugar para prevenir). Uno de los objetivos del proyecto es crear y sostener la primera escuela de fútbol para niñas de Oruro.
Unidos en Play to Prevent, a través del juego de fútbol, limpio, inclusivo y participativo, se inculcará y prácticarán de valores para prevenir la violencia y desigualdad. A través de la metodología J.U.G.A.R., realizada por ChildFund, y en colaboración con la primera escuela de fútbol de niñas de Bolivia, Las Superpoderosas, se contribuirá al desarrollo de habilidades físicas y sociales, conocimiento e inteligencia emocional para la prevención de violencia hacia niñas, niños y adolescentes.
El proyecto tendrá la duración de 1 año, a partir del 15 de enero del 2023, trabajando de la mano con actores clave del sector y las autoridades de la ciudad de Oruro.
ChildFund celebra el apoyo de la UEFA Foundation, buscando incrementar el alcance de los programas formativos que actualmente implementa en Bolivia, a la vez de innovar con metodologías lúdicas y dinámicas en la lucha por reducir la brecha de género y la violencia en el país.
¿Qué es la metodología JUGAR?
JUGAR significa JUego, por el ambiente lúdico; Globalidad, por abarcar todos los ámbitos de la personalidad: cognitiva, motora, afectiva y social; Actitud, debido al enfoque y actitud que deben tener educadores y entrenadores; y Reflexión, porque cada participante es protagonista de su aprendizaje a través de situaciones de descubrimiento y reflexión.

La Paz, 15/12/2022.- ChildFund in Bolivia has won the UEFA Foundation Call for Project with the Play to Prevent project. One of the objectives of the project is to create and sustain the first soccer school for girls in Oruro.
Together in Play to Prevent, we will collaborate, through the fair, inclusive and participatory game of football, with the teaching and practice of values to prevent violence and inequality. Through the JUGAR methodology, carried out by ChildFund, and in collaboration with the first football school for girls in Bolivia, Las Superpoderosas, it will contribute to the development of physical and social skills, knowledge, and emotional intelligence for the prevention of violence against girls, children, and adolescents.
Games and sports have proven to be allies to work with a community. By applying it as a teaching-learning method, girls and boys can be involved equally, as well as their families, teachers, and educational environments.
The project will last 1 year, starting on January 15, 2023, working hand in hand with key players in the sector and the city of Oruro.
ChildFund welcomes the support of the UEFA Foundation, seeking to increase the scope of the training programs currently implemented in Bolivia, while innovating with playful and dynamic methodologies in the fight to reduce the gender gap and violence in the country.
